As providers of full-service property management, we handle the rental application process. This means we take care of background checks and income verification of potential renters. We also acquire rental property deposits, placing those payments in a trust account.
In addition, we attend to lease renewals, with an available online “Lease Renewal” form as part of that offering.
Services also include providing tenants with detailed move-in and move-out checklists to help ensure the quality and cleanliness of properties. We also oversee property inspections following move-out and handle property evictions.
Our Eviction Fee Retainer program is available to property owners who partner with us. This is essentially an insurance program. Property owners who participate are charged $5 per month for each rental unit. These fees cover the cost of an eviction lawyer. Program participation may save a property owner money if there is just one property eviction in an eight-year span
