Superior Management

We handle all maintenance requests and property repairs. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle maintenance emergencies.

We have a full-time maintenance staff able to solve many maintenance issues, saving you untold amounts of money. For specialized jobs, we have a large list of highly qualified vendors with whom we have developed great relationships with over the years. We receive volume discounts from these vendors and pass those savings on to you. We will never charge a mark-up on exterior vendor bills.

Repairs over $500 will always require the owner’s permission. Rest assured, if you are unavailable in an emergency situation, we will take immediate measures to ensure the tenants’ safety and protection of your property.

Property Upgrades

Our maintenance managers are always available to discuss upgrades to your property, whether these are minor repairs or cosmetic facelifts. If ever interested, our clients can arrange a meeting with our managers to establish a budget, implement plans, and coordinate a schedule for accomplishing upgrades according to the needs of each property and client.
