All information we collect is voluntarily provided by the end user and is used for no other purpose than for which it was given. Currently these purposes include applying for a new rental agreement, paying rent due online, logging maintenance requests, requesting new management quotes, etc.
The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for any other purpose then intended by the end user. We will not sell this information to any other party.
Cookies may be used to personalize the end users experience on our web site, however we will not store personally identifiable information in a cookie.
We may in the future use customer information for unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change we will post the policy changes to our web site. Upon request we provide customers with access to the contact information we have gathered. If any inaccuracies are found, they will be corrected.
We do not currently display advertisements from any ad server companies.
